What Elements make up an Athletic Golf Swing Setup

The DUPLESSISGOLF - Lesson Video Series

An Athletic Setup will complement the Large Muscles in the golf swing. Some elements provide stability, like the feet and legs firmly anchored, to help create resistance, so the back muscles can wind up against something. Others like the elbows close together, help maintain a fixed raidus so the arms & club can return back to the ball square and centered. Even the chin slightly raised up, so the Shoulders can easily wind up under it, without running into the face looking down at the ball. Aligning the Shoulders, Hips and Feet lines parallel to the intended target line, make it easier to simply unwind the body to face the target, without having to make downswing adjustments to override a non-athletic setup.
