THE ATHLETIC SETUP

      The Setup is a combination of gripping the club and adjusting your self with relationship to the ball and in balance. This easily is the hardest aspect of golf. If you can consistently setup the same (and each club is a different length) you have eliminated about two thirds of the reasons why amateurs miss golf shots.

      The golf swing is pretty easy if you have setup correctly. It is in fact it's "Natural" if you have setup correctly and use large muscles and no hands. Finding this athletic setup took me many years, but you can get it right now.

      It is important to also follow a routine for your setup, like you do for your swing.
